# Take The Lead's Power Up 2026

Power Up 2026 took place on August 25–26, 2026, and ticket sales have closed.
This site is now the record of the conference: its programme, speakers,
sponsors, the SHEposium expo and the Femme Art Fair. It sells nothing, and
this file names no price and no figure that changes over time (a speaker
count, a sponsor list) — read those from the live pages, not from here.

## Maintenance

This file is static and lives under `public/` — it is one of the few reader-
facing surfaces on this site the Studio (`/admin`) cannot edit (see CLAUDE.md
rule 16 for why every other reader-facing string is Studio-editable or says
why not). A stale llms.txt is worse than no llms.txt at all: update this file
whenever a page is added, removed, or its one-line purpose changes — and
whenever in doubt, link to the live page rather than restate what it says.
It is also not switched by the Studio's "Ticket sales" setting: if sales ever
reopen, this file has to be rewritten by hand. If Take The Lead publishes the
session replays, link them under "After the conference" here and in
llms-full.txt.
