Experienced health care professional with an educational background that includes a Master's in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. Currently, the president of The Reserve Organization of America, a 104-year-old professional association that represents the 800,000 Reserve Component members of the uniformed services of the United States, and a professor of nursing at the University of North Carolina.
