Opening Night.

Cocktails and an exclusive pre-opening look at the Femme Art Fair, welcome remarks from Take The Lead, a panel staged during dinner, and the first Power Tool Champion recognition. One room, the evening before the conference.

On the night of August 25, Power Up guests get an exclusive pre-opening look at the Femme Art Fair, with select art pieces benefitting Take The Lead available for purchase. Dinner follows, in the same room.

    A panel, staged during dinner, introduced from the stage by Aly Palmer, who is on it.

  7. Power Tool Champion recognition

Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, Dr. Ina Gjikondi will invite participants to pause and listen deeply to themselves by considering essential questions: What does your heart truly want? What is your voice longing to express? What would you say if you spoke from the place that makes you feel most alive? Participants will engage in individual reflection, paired dialogue, and a collective debrief designed to help them connect with their embodied heart space, access deeper self-awareness, and cultivate the courage to tell their own stories with authenticity and purpose.
